Jeffery A. Kelling, 56, of 92 Bennett Street, passed away unexpectedly Sunday (February 17, 2013) .



Born in Michigan, May 16, 1956, the son of Norman and Eleanor Kelling, he had resided in Hornell since 1988. He was employed as an overnight Maintenance Man at Friendly's Restaurant in Hornell. Jeff enjoyed Bowling, golf, poker, and especially enjoyed spending time with his children, and snow ball fights in the winter. He was a member of the Free Methodist Church of Hornell.



He was predeceased by his parents and one brother, Dennis Kelling.



He is survived by his wife, Dawn Drake-Kelling of Hornell, 3 daughters, Roberta (James) Nunn of Almond, Shannon (Adam) Simms of Avoca and Danielle (Nicholas) O'Brochta of Hornell, 3 sons, Gary (Heather) Nunn of Hornell. Kyle (Sarah) Nunn of Corning and James Kelling of Hornell, 3 brothers, Ronald(Pauline) Kelling of Rhode Island, Terry (Linnie) Kelling and Michael(Pam) Kelling both of Michigan, 14 grandchildren, Kuryn, Hannah and Autumn Newark, Aiden and Ava Nunn, Marissa and Spencer Collalto, Cameron and Bryce Giglio, Dawson and Rihanna Charles, Josiah and Kylie O'Brien and Donavin O'Brochta, several nieces & nephews.

The family will be present to receive friends at the Bender - Brown & Powers Funeral Home, 354 Canisteo St, Hornell on Wednesday from 2-4 & 6-7 PM at which time a Funeral services will be held with Rev. Alan Bliss officiating. Burial will be in Woodlawn Cemetery, Almond.
