Jean S. Noble, 93 of 24 Chase Street, passed away peacefully Wednesday (March 25, 2020) at her home.
Born in Rochester, New York, June 14, 1926,the daughter of Charles and Adelaide Wheeler Sutherland , she had resided in Pavilion and Scottsville before moving to Avoca . While in Scottsville, she was an active member of the Scottsville Community Gospel Church, and a member of the Woman’s Group, and Sunday School Teacher. Jean especially enjoyed going to auctions , cooking, and especially baking for family and friends. Jean volunteered at the Avoca Central School, working with children in the kindergarten class.
She was predeceased by her parents, her husband; Lawrence “Larry” Noble in 2010, her son Peter Noble on December 10, 2019 as well as her brother; Charles W. Sutherland.
She is survived by her daughter-in-law; Debra Noble of Avoca, her sister; Karen Kenney f Livonia, two grandchildren; Bethany (Travis) Askins and Nathan Noble, as well as four great grandchildren.

The family will not be observing calling hours. A Memorial Service celebrating Jean’s life will be held on Sunday (June 14, 2020) at a time to be announced at the Community Gospel Church, 693 Browns Road, Scottsville, NY 14546. Burial will be in Maplewood Cemetery, Pavilion, NY.
