Jayne E. Monaghan, 60, of
11 Northridge Dr., passed away suddenlySunday (October 14, 2007)at St. James Hospital.
Born in Wellsville, September 28, 1947, the daughter of H. Glenn and Helen H. HullJones, Jayne had resided in Bishopville and Arkport area since 1971
She was a graduate of Scio Schoolclass of 1965, and Olean Business Institute in 1967.
Jayne had been employed by the Olean Times Harold and theHornell Evening Tribune.
She had been a member of the Scio United Methodist Church,and when moving to Bishopville became a member of the Bishopville United Methodist Church.
In 1993 she married Nicholas Monaghan, who survives.
She was predeceased by her first husband George Mark Seamanin 1987, and her parents.
Jayne is survived in addition to her husband, by one son: Andrew ( Kati-Jo) Seaman of Hornell, one brother: Robert (KatiePerkins) Jones of Scio, a step, daughter, Brandy Miles of Wallace, a step son,Michael Monaghan of Hornell, a grand son, Toree Seaman, and a grand daughter, Hattie-Jo Seaman, 5 step grandchildren, Several nieces , nephews , Cousins , and 6 Grand nieces and Nephews.

The family will be present to receive friends from 2-4 & 7-8PMThursday,(October 18, 2007), at the Bender - Brown & Powers Funeral Home, 354Canisteo St, where funeral services will be held at the conclusion of calling hours at 8 PM with the Rev. Dudley Jenkins officiating. Burial will be in Fairlawn Cemetery,Scio.
