Janet C Lang, 74, of 4415 County Road 16, passed away Wednesday (April 25, 2012) at Strong Memorial Hospital.
Born in Buffalo, November 6, 1937, the daughter of George and Alice (Brown) Chase, she graduated from Orchard Park High School, and later Alfred State College. Janet had previously been employed at Friendship Dairies. She was a member of the Angelica United Methodist Church, volunteered regularly at Wellspring Ministries, enjoyed reading, crossword puzzles, baseball especially rooting for her favorite team the "Chicago Cubbies".
She was predeceased by her parents and her husband Howard Lang in December of 1993.
She is survived by her 3 daughters Arleen (Ron) Jennings of Angelica, Suzanne (Kevin) Cadden of Larchmont, NY, Sally (Chris) Moino of TX, 3 sons David (LaDonna Castanuela) Stalker of TX, Paul (Sharon) Stalker of Angelica, Bill (Erin) Stalker of Florida, a sister Cathy (Larry) Day of Eden, NY, 23 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren, her special friends Bob & Patty Stalker of Angelica, Alma "Auntie Mo" Scully of Eden, NY.

The family will be present 7-9pm Friday, April 27, 2012, at the Brown & Powers Funeral Home, 101 West Ave., Angelica. Funeral services will be held at the Angelica United Methodist Church on Saturday at 2:00 PM, with the Rev. Tim Middleton officiating. Burial will be in Until the Day Cemetery in Angelica.
