Jacquelyn M. Reed, 77, of 56th Court, passed away Monday (January 7, 2013) at Regency Hospital, in Meridian.
She is survived by her husband George F. Reed of Meridian, son; Steven M. (Debra) LeRoy and their children Lucas LeRoy, Jeffrey and Jeremiah Brandt of Sodus NY, daughter; Terri M. (Michael) VanKeuren and their children Chad and Tiffany VanKeuren of Concord, NC, son; Michael G. (Stacie) Reed and their children Christian and Weslyn Reed of Meridian, sister; Kathryn Poormon of Pheonix, AZ.
A memorial service will be held on January 10, 2013 at 5Pm at the First Baptist Church in Meridian.

The family will be present to receive friends on Saturday (Jan. 12, 2013) from 11Am until 1Pm, at the Robertson Funeral Home, 354 Canisteo St, Hornell. Funeral services will follow calling hours at 1Pm at the funeral home. Burial will be in Rural Cemetery, Hornell.
In lieu of flowers the family request donations be made to the Alzheimer's Association, 435 E. Henrietta Rd. Rochester, NY 14620.
