at Cuba Memorial Palliative of Care.
Hazel was born on October 5, 1928 in Williamsville, NY to the late
Ralph and Eleanor Arnold. Hazel married John A. Smith, by whom she was predeceased.
Surviving are her children, Donna Baker of Brockport, Diane (Mike) Osterhout of Cuba, Denise (Dennis) Fiehn of Avoca, Darryl (Donna) Smith of Rochester, Dawn (Neil) Sager of East Concord and predeceased by Daniel E. Smith of Caneadea;
Her granchildren Danette Roybal, Holly Grusendorf, Duane Smith, Patrick McCarthy, Chantelle Osterhout, Brandon Lincoln, Jason Smith, Genevieve Smith, Ruby Smith, Keely Sager, predeceased by Randy Jay Lincoln.
Hazel also has 16 great granchildren.
She was known to her children and close friends as "MUM" and devoted her life to them.
