Hartzel Dale Hutchison Jr., 64, of 1 West Main Street, passed away unexpectedly Thursday (April 4, 2013) at Ira Davenport Hospital in Bath.



Born in Cuba, December 30, 1948, the son of Hartzel Dale and Peggy Dawn (Reasor) Hutchison Sr., he was a lifelong area resident, graduating from Angelica Central School, and later from Alfred Tech as an electrician. Dale had worked for the Angelica Electric Department, as well as Houghton College, Turner & McNerney pipeline in Wellsville, and retired from Dresser-Rand in Wellsville in January of 2011, after 30 years of service. Dale was an active member of the Local Machinist Union #1580. He also enjoyed the outdoors, including fishing and hunting.



He was predeceased by his parents.



He is survived by his 3 brothers Gary(Jeanette) Hutchison of Angelica, Craig Hutchison of Angelica, and Carl (Christina) Hutchison of Angelica, a sister Diana (Dick) Divine of Florida, special nephews Deric Hutchison of Angelica, Travis (Jenna) Hutchison who is stationed in San Diego California in the US Navy, Toma (Brandi) Hutchison of Angelica, nieces Tami Adams of North Carolina, Shannon Gilbert of Canaseraga also nephews and niece Scott, Gary Josh Hutchison, Chris Garis, Carl Hutchison, and Cristy Monzo.



The family will be present 10-12Noon Saturday, April 13, 2013, at the Brown & Powers Funeral Home, 101 West Avenue Angelica, where funeral services will be held on Saturday, at 12:00 PM, with the Rev. David Ford officiating.
