Grace M. Munn, 92, formerly of Maple Court Homes passed awaySaturday (May 19, 2007)at the Hornell Gardens.
Born in the Town of Alfred,December 19, 1914,the daughter of George and Mabel(Green) Ormsby,she had resided in Niagara Fallsbefore moving to Alfred Station in 1969. She had been employed as a waitressfor the Topper Tavern of Niagara Falls. She was a 40 year member of the NiagaraFalls Chapter #17 WOTM, a member of the college of Regentsand Academy of Friendship and was a recipient of thered stole for many years. She was also amember of the Alfred Station Seventh Day Baptist Church.
She was predeceased by her Husband Francis in 1971, herparents, three brothers, Harold Ormsby, Raymond Ormsby and Stanley Orsmby andone sister Rema.
She is survived by her son Lawrence (Rosaline) Munn ofBradford PA, one brother Clinton (Laura) Ormsby of Hornell, one sister-in-lawElsie Ormsby of Wayland. Two grandchildren Angela and John Munn as well asseveral nieces and nephews.
The family will be presentto receive friends, at the Robertson Funeral Home,
354 Canisteo St, Hornell from 5PM-7PM on Wednesday where funeral services will take placefollowing calling hours at 7PM.Rev. Kenneth Chroniger will officiate. Burial will be in Maplewood Cemetery,Alfred Station.
