George A. Leasure, 69, of County Route 108, passed away Thursday (Feb 1, 2024) at his home.
Born in Freeport, Long Island New York, May 24, 1954, he was the son of George A. Leasure Sr., and Theresa Gross Leasure. He had resided in this area since 1972. He was a graduate of Canisteo Central School and he had been employed for his dad at Cadan Engineering, Clark Brothers, Terbodine, LinRay Theatre and Drive In, Alstom and the Hartsville Highway Department, retiring at age 62.
George enjoyed flying model airplanes, NASCAR, and rooting for the Buffalo Bills.
He was predeceased by his parents, and one brother, William Leasure.
Surviving are his wife, MaryAnn Fronczak Leasure, two daughters, Belinda (Devon) Ferguson of Wellsville, and Stephanie (Rodney) Perry of Wellsville, Step-children, Anna, Robert, and William, his sister, Deborah Clair of Hornell, three grandchildren, Connor and Caitlin Ferguson, Kennedy Perry, Step Grandchildren, Austin & Owen Vennard and Julie Ann Smyers, Great Grandchildren, Robert & AnnaBelle, 2 nieces, 1 nephew, 1 great niece and 1 great nephew.
