8978State Route36, passed away Friday (October 7, 2005) at hishome.



Born in Hornell, July 4, 1949, the sonof C. Dwight and Muriel Briggs Hurlbut, hehad resided in Arkport all his life. Hehad owned and operated the Willow Creek Dairy Farm on Route 36, until illnessforced his retirement. He was a memberof the Burns Community Church.



He is survived by hiswife, Diane Olds Hurlbut whom he married in 1968, two daughters:Deanna (George) Winter of Oklahoma, Ambur Ann Hurlbut of Utica; two sons: Garth Hurlbut Jr. of Hornell, and Christopher(Michelle) Hurlbut of Watertown; two sisters: Joan (James) Rendsland of Rochester, Holly (Dennis) Miller of Hornell; one brother: Fordman (Sheron) Hurlbut of Arkport, 11 Grandchildren,one great grandchild and several nieces & nephews.
