Gail F. Lonsberry, 69, of 442 Canisteo Street, passed away Friday (March 9, 2012) at her home.
Born in Hornell, May 25, 1942, the daughter of John and Virginia Buono, she had resided in Hornell since December. Gail enjoyed bowling, gardening, and her flower gardens. Gail was a doting Grandma, was a mother, grandmother and "Nana" to everyone.
She was predeceased by her parents, and her husband Leclere Lonsberry on July 14, 2004.
She is survived by her 2 daughters Jodi Bailey (Ray Bright) of NC, Frances (Don) Beers of PA, 2 sisters Beverly (Tom) Eveland of Hornell, Norma Maglier of Hornell, 2 brothers Larry (Blanche) Buono of Florida, John (Nancy) Buono of SC, 5 grandchildren Craig & Colton Himmel, Eric, Megan, and Jordan Bailey.
The family will be present 2-4pm Wednesday, March 14, 2012, at the Bender - Brown & Powers Funeral Home, 354 Canisteo St, Hornell, where funeral services will be held at 4:00pm with, Deacon Robert McCormick officiating.
