113 North Main Street,passed away Sunday (January 29, 2006) at the Hornell Gardens.
Born in Hornell, February 8, 1922, the daughter of Charlesand Helena Fye Beyea,she had resided in Hornell all her life. She had been employed atStern and Stern Industries for 48 years prior to her retirement in 1992.
She was predeceased byher husband, Arnold "Mike" Houghtaling in 1999, as well as her sister, Helen Kerr andher brothers, William, Charles, Richard and Henry Beyea.
She is survived by 3daughters- Sandra (Richard) Remchuk of Hornell,Darlene Sheridan of Hornell and Michele Gilkes ofCanisteo, 10 grandchildren, Richard (Lisa) RemchukJr., Timothy (Colleen) Remchuk, Christian (Judy) Remchuk,Craig (Beth) Remchuk, Michael (Nicole) Remchuk, Rachelle Remchuk, Shand (Antonia) Sheridan, Sean Sheridan , Brandon (Lori) Gilkes and Andrew Gilkes, 12Great Grandchildren, several nieces & nephews.
