Esther M White, 88, of
North Main St, passed away Wednesday (January 31, 2007 )at herhome.
Born in Hornell, February 12, 1918, the daughter of Perryand Mae Cornish, she had resided in Hornell area all her life. Esther had workedfor the former Hickey Freeman in Hornell and also at Gunlocke,and for many years had an upholstery business at her own home. She enjoyedcamping, sewing and dancing at family occasions.
She was predeceased by her husband Clifford White in 1957,and her daughter in law Bonnie White in 2006, and 3 brothers.
She is survived by 2 sons Jack (Dorothy) White of Hornell,William White of Hornell, 11 grandchildren, many great grandchildren, niecesand nephews.
The family will be present 2-4 & 7-9 PM Saturday, at the Bender - Brown &Powers Funeral Home,
354 CanisteoSt, Hornell, where funeral services will be held Monday, February 5, 2007 at 10:00 AM, Rev. Paul Emeryofficiating. Burial will be in Arkport Cemetery.
