Enford L. "Pecky" Pettibone, 85, of Hill Street, passed away Saturday (July 18, 2015) at home.



Born in Hornell, January 26, 1930, the son of Enford L. and Odessa Bailey Pettibone Sr., he had resided in Hornell and Stephens Mills area all his life. Enford worked for the Hendee farm until the age of 24 and then worked construction for Maple City Homes. He also worked for several years in construction for Cold Springs Construction. He was a former member of the Eagles Club and a social member the Arkport American Legion.



In addition to his parent's Pecky was predeceased by his brother Raymond Pettibone.



He is survived by his wife Nancy Hann-Pettibone of Hornell, one brother Floyd Pettibone of Hornell, one niece, Sharon (Mark) Levanway of Athens, three nephews, Jeffery Pettibone of Candor, Dale Pettibone of Mt. Home ID, and David Pettibone of Clinton; special grandson, Anthony Arce of Hornell.

Honoring Pecky's wishes there will be no calling hours. A graveside service will be held on Saturday (July 25, 2015) at 11AM at Fremont Cemetery, Stephens Mills.
