He is survived by his parents, Maternal grand parents, Brian and Bridget Jeffrey of Hornell, Paternal grandparents, Sarah (Jon) Clymo of Hornell and Brandon (Debbie) Cavalier Sr. of Rochester, Maternal great grandparents Janice and Jim Raish of Hornell and Paternal great grand parents, William Cavalier of Lima and Joann Wolcott of Mt. Morris,
