Ellen A. Drew, 52, who currently resided in Friendship, passed away Saturday (May 24, 2025) at Strong Memorial Hospital in Rochester.
Born in Hornell, August 28, 1972, she was the daughter of Carlton Drew Sr. and Rosalie Lamphier Drew. Ellen was a graduate of Hornell High School and received her Licensed Practical Nurses degree from Alfred State College.
Ellen was employed at the Wellsville Manor Nursing Home, and more recently at Houghton Nursing Home. She was devoted to personally caring for each and every one of her residents.
Ellen enjoyed spending time with her precious grandbabies. She always offered a helping hand to her family anywhere they needed it.
She was predeceased by her husband, Donald Watson and her sister, Priscilla Feenaughty.
Surviving are her sons, Theodore Quant of Almond, Vincent(Nicole Aldrich) Quant of Camillus, Brandon Quant of Alfred and Nicholas (Tiara) Quant of Almond, 3 sisters, Jean (Michael) Brainich of Utah, Carolyn (Richard Turner) of Hornell ,and Kathleen (Todd) Kozlowski of Tonawanda, 5 brothers, Carlton (Penny) Drew Jr of Hornell, Andrew Drew of Tonawanda, Anthony Drew of Hornell, David (Sarah) Drew II of Hornell and Rocky Drew of Hornell, 5 grandchildren, Wyatt, Charlee, Dominic, Karev, and Dawson.
