Born in Rochester,October 6, 1920,the daughter of Walter and Catherine Brown Cowley, she had resided in Almondfor the past 32 years. She was a member of Our Lady of the Valley Parish and acommunicate of St. Ann'schurch.
She was predeceased by her husband Francis Barker on July 27, 2005.
She is survived by one daughter; Beverly (Robert) Showers ofAlmond, two sons; Francis (Eve'Lynn) Barker of Almondand Jerome (Margaret) Barker of Rochester, one brother; George Cowley ofRochester, seven grandchildren, seven great grandchildren, six great great grandchildren several nieces and nephews.
The family will be present to receive friends on Friday from4PM until 7PM at the Bender - Brown &Powers Funeral Home,
