Edna E. "Toad" Randall,84, of
120 East Avenue,passed away Friday (May 26,2006) at St. James Hospital.
Born in Jackson, MISS., March 17, 1922, the daughter of Bertand Fannie Doster Sanford,she had resided several years in Adrian, and lived therest of her life in the Canisteo Valley. She was a cook throughout the area and workedlast at the "Bunk House", which providedfood and lodging for many people in the area as well as employees of the formerErie Railroad and Conrail. She was a active member of the Ladies Auxiliary ofthe Canisteo American Legion as well as the Hornell VFW.
She was predeceased byher parents, her husband Walter Randallin 1972, her sister, Connie Foxwell, brothers, John,William, George, and Fred Sanford , and her loving son, Leonard "Lennie" Randall who passed away on March 28, 1991.
She is survived by 2daughters, Bonnie Moore of Boston, and her son Jason; Catherine Sweet of NewHampton and her children Billy, Sandy, Joe, and Dawn; 3 sons, William (Sara)Randall of Canisteo and children, Little Willie, Mary, Mark, Jennifer, Cody,and Savanna Earle; Ronald (Jodi) Randallof Hornell and children, Chris, Craig, Cassandra, Angelina, Dylan and Hayden,Robert (Rhonda) Randall of Hornell and son Justin Robert. She is also survived by 3 sisters, BarbaraCornell of Canisteo, Delores Turner of Bradford,NY, and Carol Delaney of Indiana, 2 brothers,James "Pete" (Ethel) Sanford , and Max Sanford both of Canisteo. Several greatgrandchildren, nieces & nephews.

6 Spruce St., Canisteo where funeral services will followcalling hours at 1 :00 PM, Rev. Dudley Jenkins officiating. Burial will be in Hillside Cemetery,Canisteo. .
