Born in Scranton, PA., April 27, 1922, the daughter of Holleyand Ruth Hess, she had resided in Canisteo since the early 1960's. Dorothy was aloving wife, mother, grandmother and friend to all who knew her. She was awonderful cook, homemaker, and loved her family dearly.
She is survivedby her husband, Martin O. Irion ofCanisteo, 3 sons, Robert ( Nancy)Irion of Greenville, Pa., David (Barbara) Irion of Holidayberg, Pa., andRonald (Pat) Irion of Rexville, 6 grandchildren and 5great grandchildren, her niece Linda L. Totten ofConneaut PA.
