Lehman, 76 of Reddy Hollow Road, passed away peacefully on Thursday (October 6, 2022) at UR St James Hospital. She was born in Hornell, NY on August 20, 1946 the daughter of Roy Glover and Leona Houghtaling Glover, and was a lifelong area resident. Dorothea had been employed at the former Marion Rohr Company, and Stern and Stern Textiles. She was predeceased by her parents, her husband Charles Lehman on May 4, 2014, whom she married on December 16, 1972. She is also predeceased by her brother Leo Glover and 3 sisters Audrey Bledsoe, Mary Mullen, and Actie Glover. She is survived by her daughter Cindy (Arthur) Blanchard Jr. of Avoca, her brother Paul Glover of Andover, 13 grandchildren, several great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews. The family will be present to receive friends on Monday (Oct 10, 2022) from 4-6pm at the Bender-Brown & Powers Funeral Home in Hornell, where a funeral service will take place at 6pm, with the Pastor Pat Harrison officiating. To send a remembrance please visit www.brownandpowersfuneralhomes.com or on Facebook @brownpowersfh, the family is being assisted by director Chester A.
