The family of Donna Jean Boag, 75 regrets to announce her passing - Sunrise, March19, 1938 - Sunset, March19, 2013 - after a prolonged illness.
Donna passed away under the care of her beloved caregiver and friend Karlene VanFleet for several months until going home to be with the lord after a short stay at the Hornell Gardens.
Donna was a lifelong resident of Hornell area working in the grocery business until her retirement from Super Duper in 1994 & was a member of the Hornell United Methodist Church.
She was preceded by her parents William H. and Frances (Fisher) Boag.
Donna is survived by her son, Christopher (Carol) Boag & 2 granddaughters Kylee & Kaila of Bremerton, WA. 1 sister, Anne Lorow of Leesburg Fl and dear cousin Milene (Jim)
Dexter of Hornell.

The family will be present to receive friends on Sunday (March 24, 2013) from 2Pm until 3Pm, at the Hornell United Methodist Church, Webbs Crossing Rd. Hornell. A memorial service will follow calling at 3Pm at the Church, Rev. Marion Luce officiating. Burial will be in Rural Cemetery, Hornell.
Friends may make memorial contributions to the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, PO Box 4527, New York, NY 10163.
