Denise Lynn Mcknight

Denise L. McKnight age 71 of Cleveland, MS went home to be with her Lord and savior January 26, 2022 in the comfort of her home and family.

Denise was born on July 7, 1950 to Luther and Hazel Wickwire Farnum in Cuba, NY. She married Ronald McKnight July 31, 1971 in Angelica, NY.
Denise spent 50 years raising and nurturing her children, she also home schooled all 3 children. Denise was an avid seamstress, and enjoyed reading many books about the Amish community.
Denise worked for Walmart for 21years, ending her career as the personnel manager of her local Walmart.
Denise was a long-time faithful member of New Covenant Church in Clarksdale MS. Where she was loved and respected by all who knew her.

She was predeceased by her parents, and her older brother Duane (Joyce) Farnum.
Denise is survived by her husband of 50 years Ronald McKinght, three children Scott (Jennifer) McKnight, Valerie (Jason) Lake, and Tabitha (Charlie) Hall. Also surviving her are 5 grandchildren, 2 brothers, Don (Cindy) Farnum and David (Kathy) Farnum.

There will be no memorial service at her request. She will be laid to rest in the Until the Day Dawn Cemetery, in Angelica NY where she grew up.

In lieu of flowers please make a donation in her name to St. Jude Children's Hospital 501 St Jude Place Memphis TN 38501.
Cleveland Funeral Home was entrusted for the arrangements.
