David B. Morgan , 76 of State Route 961F, passed away early Tuesday Morning (Jan. 9, 2024) at his home.
Born in Wayland, NY he was the son of Raymond and Geraline Eichorn Morgan. David was a graduate of Arkport Central School, class of 1965, and had been self employed all his life as a truck driver. He had also been engaged in farming with his uncle, Clyde Akins. David was an avid horseman. He was a member of the Dansville Moose Lodge.
He was raised by his aunt and uncle, Clyde and Lillian Akins who predeceased him. He was also predeceased by his parents, and his brother, William Morgan.
He is survived by his wife of 54 years Linda Garwood Morgan, his sister Beverly McCant of California and his brother, James Morgan of Wayland.
Honoring David’s wishes, there will be no calling hours or services.
The family has chosen Bender-Brown & Powers Funeral Home of Hornell to assist with arrangements. Gerald R. Brown, Director.
