David E. Griffin, 51, a native of Hornell, passed away on Friday (Dec. 3, 2021) in Seattle, Washington where he had resided for many years. Born in Hornell, the son of Franklin and Joyce Coller Griffin, David was a graduate of Hornell High School and received his Bachelor’s Degree from the School of Engineering at Syracuse University. He had been employed for several years with Kibble and Prentice in Seattle .David had a love of life and enjoyed spending time with his friends and family. He loved watching the Seattle Seahawks, Pet sitting, reading, playing guitar and going to watch live music.
He was predeceased by his mother; Joyce, and his brother; Thomas Griffin.
Surviving are his father; Franklin (Corrinne Miller) Griffin of Fremont, his sister; Audrey (John) Wilder of Liverpool, his brother; Robert (Kelly) Griffin of Hornell and his sister-in-law; Linda Griffin of Arkport, Aunts, Uncles, nieces,nephewsand many cousins.
