David M. Billings, 43 of 62 Fulton Street, passed away unexpectedly at his home.
He was born in Hornell on March 4, 1978, the son of David R. Billings and Charlotte M. (Martin) Billings.

David was a 1996 graduate of Canisteo Central School, later attending Oberlin College in Ohio and was a graduate of Alfred State College with a degree in psychology. He lived in New York City for several years but later returned to Hornell to be near his family.

David worked at several different jobs including 7-11 in Arkport for 3 years and the ARC in Hornell.

David enjoyed spending time with his family and his best dog friend; “Butters”. He enjoyed playing guitar, listening to music, reading and spending time on the computer.

He was predeceased by his mother; Charlotte Billings in June 2020, his step-mother Tina Billings in October 2020, as well as his grandparents.

David is survived by his father; David R. Billings of Bath, two sisters; Nicole Bell of Dansville and Connie Billings of Hornell, nieces and nephews; Syble Billings of Bath, Cadella Billings of Hornell, Logan and Derek Bell of Dansville, Chris and Jason Stuart of Fremont, Trevor of Bath, his grandparents; Betty Butler of Hornell and Roy D. Martin of Florida, aunts, uncles and cousins.
