5023 Bush Hill Rd,passed away Sunday (December 12, 2004) as a result ofinjuries sustained in a house fire.
Born in Hornell, February 21, 1967, the son of James andJudy Blake Jr,he had resided in the
Canisteo area all hislife. He was a graduate of Canisteo Central School,Class of 1985, and Alfred State College.He was employed as an electrical engineer at Alstomin Hornell.
He is survived by his wife, Stacy Snyder Blake whom he marriedDec. 12, 1987, one daughter: Traciann Blake athome; three sons: Nathan , Matthew , and Nicholas Blake all at home, two sisters: Betsy Blake of Avoca and Jennifer Blake of Canisteo;two brothers: Christopher (Jennifer)Blake of Canisteo and Charles(Kim) Blake of Canisteo; nieces &nephews.
The family will be present 2-4& 7-9 PMWednesday to receive at the Brown & PowersFuneral Home,
6 Spruce St., Canisteo.Funeral services will be held at the FirstUnited Methodist Church Of Canisteo on Thursday at 1 :00 PM withRev. Raymond Shaw and Rev. CarlChamberlain officiating. Burialwill be in Hillside Cemetery,Canisteo.
