Clifford F. Kemp, 86, of Apple St., passed away Thursday (May 12, 2011) at St. James Hospital.
Born in Dansville, July 28, 1924, the son of John and Marion (Suftin) Kemp, he had resided in the Hornell-Arkport area all his life. Clifford served his country in the United States Army, serving in World War II and retired from the maintenance department at Kodak in Rochester.
He was predeceased by his parents as well as two brothers; Gordon and Donald Kemp.
He is survived by his wife Edna (Lamphere) Kemp whom he married in 1946, one son; Clifford F. (Grace) Kemp Jr. of Rochester, two daughters; Nancy Kerr of NC and Margaret (Steve) Ball of Rushville, several grandchildren and great grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held on Monday (May 16, 2011) at 11:00AM at the Robertson Funeral Home, 354 Canisteo St. Hornell.
