Clarence E. Ranger,81, formerly of Arkport,passed away Sunday (June 6, 2004) at the Hornell Gardens.



Born in Hornell, December 15, 1922, the son of Frank andIda Lyke Ranger, he had resided in the Hornell area all his life. Hehad been employed at the former Foster Wheeler Corp. in Dansville and laterworked in dairy farming with his brother, Curt Ranger, in the town of Hornellsville. Clarence was a member of the ChristianMissionary Alliance Church of Hornell.



He is survived by four daughters: Barbara (Ralph) Kalberlah of Missouri



Judy (Jay) LaBelle of Albany



Carol (Carl) Williams of Lyons



Sandra (Gordon) Hollenbaugh of Little Marsh, Pa.



1 son- C. Henry ( Sharon) Ranger of CliftonSprings



2 sister- Myrtle Ranger ofWellsville



Betty (James) Lemen of Buffalo



1 brother- Curt (Mary Lou)Ranger of Hornell



8 grandchildren



6 great grandchildren

The family will be present 2-4& 7-9 PMWednesday to receive friends at the Bender-Brown & Powers Funeral Home,

354 CanisteoSt., Hornell. Funeral services will be on Thursday, at 11:00 AM. Burial will be in Rural Cemetery,Hornell.
