C. David Hill, 81, a resident of the Livingston County Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation, passed away Sunday (March 21, 2010) at Noyes Hospital in Dansville.
Born in Washington Township, PA, August 20, 1928, the son of Clarence and Mary Cadwell Hill, he had resided in Rochester from the mid 1950s until moving to Mt. Morris in 1999. He was a graduate of Brownsville High School in Brownsville, PA., and had been employed for Doyle Security and as a security guard for City Bank in Rochester.
He was predeceased by his sister, Amy Arnold and his brother, Howard Hill.
He is survived by his wife, Alice of Mt. Morris, 3 daughters- Diana (William) Webb of Fairport, Deborah (Gary) Lorow of Tenn., and Cindy (Bruce) Marvin of Arkport, 2 sons, David (Diane) Hill of Fairport, and Douglas (Pam) Hill of Mt. Morris, 14 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren, nieces & nephews.
Honoring David's wishes, there will be no visiting hours. A private memorial service will be held at the convenience of the family.
