Christopher M Blossom, 32, Sailsburyformerly of Angelica, passed away Friday (May 11, 2007), due to injuries in an autoaccident.
Born in Wellsville, May 25, 1974, the son of Harry L Blossom Jr and Deborah Denning Jones he had resided in Salisbury , for the pastyear and a half. Chris had graduated from Fillmore Central School, had attended Alfred State,where he was among the Who's Who of Students and later joined the Army where heserved for many years. Chris had been employed for Ford Motorsportsfor Busch Series racing, in ConcordNC.He had been a member of the Belmont Grange. Chris not only was a great man tohis family, but everybody who knew him loved him.
He was predeceased by his grandparents Harry and EdithBlossom Sr, Geraldine Denning, Mary Decker, and Davidand Evie Jones.
He is survived by his father Harry (Barbara) Blossom Jr of Scio, his mother Deborah (David) Jones of Angelicahis son Aaren Blossom, his daughter Kayla Blossom 3sisters Melonie Blossom, Brandy Blossom and JenniferHunt, 3 brothers David Jones, Robert Jones and Anthony Blossom, grandfathersRonald Denning Sr, and Ray Decker, as well as manyAunts, Uncles and Cousins, and special friend Ms. Dale Pickering.
The family will be present Wednesday from 12-2pm, at the Brown & PowersFuneral Home,
101 West Ave.,Angelica, where funeral services will be held a 2:00pm, Rev. Ernest Tracyofficiating. Burial will be in Until TheDay Dawn Cemetery
