He is survived by two daughters: Penny Harnandez of Waddington, N.Y and Barbara Bursi of Prattsburg , four sons:Charles A. Schimmel, of Fla., Laurence Kriete of NEW MEXICO, Paul Schimmel of Bath, and Martin Schimmel ofGA., one brother Herbert Schimmel of Bath,
The family will receive friends Monday(April 12, 2004) from 2-7Pm , at the Family residence,
