Charles W. Phillips, 68, of Cottage Ave., passed away Thursday (October 12, 2017) at St. James Hospital.
Born in New Brunswick, NJ, September 13, 1949, the son of Henry Lee and Margaret (Fredericks) Phillips, he had resided in Hornell, since 2002. Charles loved horses, fish and automobiles. On July 8, 2000 he married the former Hope Abbott who survives.
He was predeceased by his parents.
He is survived by his wife Hope Phillips of Hornell, his sister Minnie Carolyn Phillips of Neptune, NJ and his good friends; Lloyd Stutzman II, Glenn Travis and Faith Hovey and his dog Roxanne.
