2711 Main Street,passed away Sunday (January 7, 2007) at his home.
Born in Greenwood, February 3, 1927, the son of Deoand Melvina CampbellFeenaughty, he had resided in Greenwood nearly all his life. He had servedhis country as a member of the United States Army Air Corp, and was a member ofthe Hartsville Community Church.He had been employed as a heavy equipment operator for the Steuben CountyHighway Department prior to his retirement.
He was predeceased by his wife, Elizabeth,"Tis"Feenaughty in 1996.
He is survived by his daughter, Lee Ann (Glenn) Dickey ofCameron, 2 sons, James (Flo) Feenaughtyof Greenwood and Charles (Susan) Feenaughty ofCanisteo, 4 sisters, Reda Tiddof Andover, Virginia Gardner of Hornell, Marjorie Perry of Andover and Winifred(Wilbur) Donaldson of Andover, 2 brothers Lawrence Feenaughtyof Hornell and Carl Feenaughty of Tennessee, 8Grandchildren, 9 Great Grandchildren, nieces & nephews.
The family will be observing private visitation hours andfuneral services at the Brown & Powers Funeral Home,
6 Spruce Street, Canisteo,NY. Rev. Dudley Jenkins willofficiate. Burial will be in Greenwood Cemetery.
