85 4th Street,died Saturday (June 26, 2004)at the Buffalo VAMC,
Born in Bishopville, November 5, 1927, a son of Edward andAnita Rumsey Dungan Sr, he had been a lifelong resident of the Hornell area.
Bud had been employed as acarpenter for North Main Lumber , retiring in 1992
He was a Member of the ArthurH Cunningham Post American Legion.
Bud served with the US Armyduring WW2.
He was predeceased by his daughter,Beverly Dungan, in 1973 son, James Dungan, in 1987 , two brothers, LeroyDungan,in 1985 and Edward Dunganin 1996
He is survived by three daughters: Kathleen Covert of Hornell, , Ruth (George ) Sloan of Wayne, and Patricia Wirth of Avon , one son, David Dungan ofBath, two sisters, Dorothy French of California and Anita Mike of Hornell.
