Charles H. Doll, 90, of
7136 Tobes Hill Road,passed away Wednesday (October31, 2007) at the Veterans Administration Medical Center in Bath.
Born in Hornell, December 14, 1916, the sonof Edward and Rose Doll, he had residedin Hornell all his life. He had been employed at the former Erie Railroad andretired as custodian for the IOOF Lodge in Hornell. He had served his countryas a member of the United States Navy during WW-2.
He was predeceased by his wife Doris Doll as well as 2brothers and one sister.
He is survived by his children, Susan (Richard) Hunt andCharles Doll both of Hornell, 3 grandchildren.
The family will not be observing calling hours. A MemorialService will be held at the Robertson Funeral Home,
354 Canisteo Street, Hornell,NY on Monday evening at 7 PM.Rev. William Powell will officiate. Burial will be in Hope Cemetery,Hornell.
