Celia Joy Decker, 2 months old of Hinkley Hill Rd., passed away unexpectedly Tuesday (January 4, 2011) at St. James Hospital.
Born in Hornell, November 5, 2010, the daughter of Timothy Decker and Billiejo Butler.
She was predeceased by her maternal grandfather; Victor Butler.
She is survived by her parents, maternal grandmother; Kay (Jim Manry) Butler of Bath, paternal grandfather, Foster (Mary) Decker of Woodhull, paternal grandmother, Dottie Decker of Watkins Glenn, numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
