Brandon M. Gena, 27, of Fairview Ave., passed away Tuesday (January 2, 2018) at home.
Born in Hornell, NY, November 20, 1990, beloved son, brother, uncle and friend, he had resided in Hornell most of his life. Brandon enjoyed playing baseball, basketball, running and working out. He loved to spend time with his little brother and his nieces and nephews. Music, family and friends were a large part of Brandon's life. Brandon was always compassionate and would help others no matter where he was in life.
He was predeceased by his father William Gena, a sister; Stephanie Gena as well as his maternal and paternal grandparents.
He is survived by his mother; Dawn Haynes of Hornell, his step-dad; Brian McGregor of Hornell, a brother; Lucas McGregor of Hornell, sisters; Kimberly (Dustin Clark) Gena and Katherine (Joshua) Hoffman both of Hornell, as well as several nieces, nephews and cousins.
