30 Main Street, passed away Sunday (May 3, 2009) at her home.
Born in North Hornell, November 26, 1948, thedaughter of Floyd and Violet Truax Sleight, she had resided in many parts of thecountry because she was an Air Force Wife.She returned to Canaseraga to reside in 1981. She graduated as Salutatorianof her class at Canaseraga Central Schooland had been a day care provider in her home for several years. She will beremembered as being a "Neighborhood Mom".
She was predeceased by her father, her brother, DarwinSleight, her son Gary Glover and the father of her children, Harding "Bud"Glover.
She is survived by her mother, Violet Sleight of Swain, herdaughter, Sherri (Joe) Dunning of Dalton, her son, Larry (Maggie) Glover ofCanaseraga, her daughter-in-law, Shelly (Brent Harris) of Friendship, hersister, Lisa Scott of Arkport, and her brother, Steve (Michelle) Sleight ofCanaseraga, grandchildren, Dallas Glover, Devan Glover, Madigan Harris andMcKinlee Harris.
