Bernard V. Campbell Sr- Passed away on September 4th, 2025, at St. James Hospital in Hornell, NY. Born January 18th, 1940, in Canisteo, NY. He was predeceased by his late wife Ginger S. Campbell. He is survived by his 3 children, Pamela L. Sharp of Canisteo, NY, Lori J. Campbell of Indialantic, FL, and Bernand V. Campbell Jr. (Shawna M. Campbell). Bernard is also survived by 22 grandchildren, and 36 great grandchildren. Bernard spent most of his younger years residing in Greenwood, NY with his predeceased parents Delbert Campbell and Euthemia Campbell (Rice).
Bernard went to Canisteo/Greenwood Central School and worked on the local farms in the area for many years. Bernard met his wife Ginger S. Grant (Campbell) in Highschool and were married quite a few years later, on September 30th, 1978. Bernard also worked at McGraw Box Company making jewelry boxes for many years. Bernard spent time working in janitorial services for Morrison -Knudson in Hornell NY. Bernard spent his down time yodelling, playing on his guitar, putting together model cars, and order pizza while watching Smackdown WWE on Friday nights. Bernard also enjoyed taking walks and tending to his garden of many different plants.
A private immediate family service with be held in Bernard’s Honor. Instead of flowers, the family requests donations to be made to Wilmot Cancer Institute in his honor.
