Barbara L. Sick, 85, of 37 Oak Hill Street, passed away peacefully, Thursday (July 13, 2017) at home.
Born in Hornell, July 17, 1931, the daughter of Howard and Hazel Jones, she graduated from Hornell High School, and was a lifelong area resident. Along helping on the family farm, Barb worked at the former Woolworth's in Hornell, for over 40 years.
She was predeceased by her husband Gerald W. Sick on June 11, 2005, whom she married on October 18, 1952. She was also predeceased by 2 brothers Richard and Harold Jones.
She is survived by 2 sons Thomas (Shari Schlendorf) Sick of Livonia and James Sick of Arkport, and her granddaughter Crystal Sick of Arkport.
A private family graveside service was held on Saturday (July 15, 2017) at Heritage Hills Cemetery.
