Anna L. Valentine, 60, of 6244 Cunningham Creek Road, passed away Friday (February 24, 2012) at her home.
Born in Hornell, September 5, 1951, the daughter of John L. and Carolyn Nichols Smith, she had resided in the Hornell area nearly all her life.
She was predeceased by her mother, Carolyn Smith in 1986.
She is survived by her father, John L. (Jenny ) Smith of Hornell, 2 daughters, Jessie (Joe Pacanowski) Gardner of Canisteo, and their children Ashley Gardner of Canisteo, Britney Gardner of Canisteo, Timothy Gardner of Hornell, and Matthew Gardner of Canisteo daughter Jody (Doug) Craig of Wayland and their children Jacob Craig of Wayland and David Craig of Wayland, her former husband, Timothy Valentine of Howard, 3 sisters, Christine C. (Bernard) Greunke of Hornell, Delores P. Smith of Hornell and Terry L. Peveto of Texas, 6 brothers, John R. (Theresa) Smith of Canisteo, Elmer J. (Kathleen) Smith of Canisteo, Kenneth F. (Paula) Smith of Canisteo, William G ( Patricia ) Smith of Hornell, and Donald D. (Kimberly) Smith of Hornell, Robert Smith of Hornell, 2 step brothers Scott Raish of Hornell and Mark (Jessica) Raish of Greenwood, several nieces & nephews, step nieces and nephews.
