Albert E. Howe, 68, of 522 South Market Street, Pennsylvania passed away Sunday (July 28, 2013) at Highland Hospital in Rochester.
Born in Angelica, August 6, 1944, the son of Raymond Hadsell Sr, and Frances Sekoll., he had resided in Selingsgrove, PA, for many years, before just moving back to Angelica a couple of weeks ago.He was employed as a cabinet maker for Wood Mode Cabinetry in Kramer, PA for several years. Albert was a member of the American Legion Post in Selinsgrove and enjoyed building, fishing and hunting. He enjoyed "Old Country Music", and will be mostly remembered as a "Jokester".
He was predeceased by his parents, and 2 brothers John Sekoll, and Larry Sekoll.
He is survived by his wife, Patricia Kline Howe whom he married in August of 1978, his children, Sharon (Robert) Smith of Pennsylvania, Melissa (Dave) Ressler of Dalton, Lisa (Jim) Crandall of Angelica, Albert Howe Jr. and John Howe both of Pennsylvania, Lori Britton and Sandy Howe both of Pennsylvania, 4 brothers, Gerald (Mary) Sekoll of Andover, David (Bonnie) Sekoll of Andover, Irving Lewis of Olean, Gordie (Judy) Hadsell of Belmont, 4 sisters, Sherry Hodge of Mt. Morris, Cheryl (John) Smith of Pennsylvania, Paula (John) Passmore of Cuba, and Mary (Tom) Layman of Belmont, 20 grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
The family will be present to receive friends Wednesday (July 31, 2013) from 1-4pm at the Brown & Powers Funeral Home, 101 West Ave., Angelica, with a funeral service at 4:00pm and Rev Marc Chamberlain officiating. Burial will be in Until the Day Dawn Cemetery in Angelica.
