Robin L. Murat Sr. , 61, a resident of Bath, passed away Friday (Nov. 17, 2023) at Robert Packer Hospital in Sayre PA.
Born in the Town of Urbana, July 15, 1962, he was the son of Alex and Sandra Bacon Murat. He was a graduate of Haverling High School, Class of 1980, and had been employed in the warehouse at Clark Speciality Company in Hammondsport, and most recently at the ARC in Bath.
Robin was predeceased by his parents, and his grandparents, William and Helen Bacon of Canisteo and Paul and Agnes Murat of Bath, and a brother Alex R. Murat, and his daughter Alicia Kay Murat.
He is survived by his daughter, Candace Underwood and his son, Robin Murat Jr. of Virginia, his sisters, Diana Murat of Bath and Elaine (David) Senkiw of Corning, his brothers, Shawn (Amy) Murat of Bath and Scott (Karen) Murat of Virginia, his grandson Ajani Parrish.
There will be no calling hours. A Celebration of Life will be in the Spring at a time and place to be announced.
Funeral arrangements are entrusted to Brown & Powers Funeral Home of Canisteo.
