Leo P. Lippincott,72, of

6773 Tobes Hill Rd.,passed away unexpectedly Thursday (August 3, 2006) at St. James Hospital.



Born in Elmira., May 22, 1934, the son of Leo H. and Florence Lippincott, hehad resided in Hornell nearly all hislife. He had been an iron worker forseveral years before establishing the Lippincott's Rubbish, Inc. in Hornell inthe late 1960's. He was still active inthe operation of the business fast the time of his death. Leo will be remembered as a loving husband,father and grandfather.



He was predeceased by 2 sons- Craig in 1986 and Peter in 2002.



He is survived by hiswife, Ella Lamphier Lippincott of Hornell, 3 daughters- Bonnie (Brian) Neidertof Rochester, Lynn (Robert) Dickenson of Arkport and Karla Wheeler of S.C., 4sons, Leo (Kristi) , Jay and William Lippincott of Hornell, Scott Lippincott ofDelevan, a half sister, Eileen Bennett and several grandchildren including,Cody and Alyssa Lippincott, Harley andSadie Lippincott and Dalton and Savannah Neidert, several great grandchildren,nieces & nephews.

Honoring Leo's wishes, there will be no calling hours orservices. A private graveside service will be held at the convenience of thefamily in Fremont Cemetery, Stephens Mills,
