To Bernice, the Tigner and Nelson Famlies,
Saresa was a lovely, charming and fun loving mother, friend and co-worker at the Tribune,I took her under my wing since the first time we saw each other.
Here is a poem she always enjoyed and read.
Prayer to the Voice in the Winds
O Great spirit, whose Voice I hear in the winds,
Hear me-for I am small and weak:
I need your strength,O Great One,not to be superior to my Brothers and Sisters
But to conquer my greatest enemy:Myself.
I seek wisdom:the lessons you have hidden
In every Leaf and rock so that I may learn
and carry these messages of Life and Hope to my people, family, and friends.
May my hands respect the many beautiful things you have made;
May my ears be sharp-to hear your voice.
May I always walk in your beauty;which I have in my two lovely girls.
and let my eyes behold the red and purple sunset
So that when life fades with the setting sun,
My Spirit will come to you without shame.
My prayer's and thoughts are with you all,she was an amazing Lady and MOTHER!!!!!!!!!!!

Bernice Family and Everyone who knew Seresa:
My heart goes out to you all as it is very hard to loose such a beautiful young lady, mother, friend and family member.
It's sad that at a time when all need to pull together there is so much of what about me. When in the process of trying to wrap ones mind about the death of a love one the need to find a moment to reflect is supposed to be about that person who has passed, not about those that may have gotten leftout of the obituary about family members left alive. greif and lack of knowledge is often the problem. To those other family members of Saresa's i apologize for not giving you your proper place in the obit that was written. I thought it was immediate family if i was told i needed to name everyone i would have done so. SO again i apologize, for the loss is great and the hurt is never ending.
My thoughts and prayers go out to her children. May god bless them and watch over them. Also to the family, i'm very sorry for your loss. Seresa was a great girl and friend. May her soul rest in peace.
My deepest sympathy goes out to all of Seresa's family. She was a very good friend and we shared alot of laughs and alot of good times together. She will always have a special place in my heart.

I know you are in a better place
But I miss looking at your face
You were so young to die
Every night I sit and cry
Wondering why does it have to be this way
It hurts so much because there’s nothing I can do or say
That can make you come back to me
There is one thing that’s plain to see
That one day we will be together again
And now until then you will always remain my best friend....
