Randall C. Frazee, 83, of 418 McHenry Valley Road, passed away Friday (November 18, 2011) at Rochester General Hospital.
Born in , MARYLAND, August 20, 1928, the son of Ralph and Selma Hanft Frazee, he had moved to Rochester about 1952, and has resided in Almond since February 2011. Randall received his masters degree from Syracuse University and had completed all but his dissertation for his Phd. He retired as Dean of Special Educaction for the Rochester School District. He served in the US Navy for 3 years and retired as a Major from the Air Force Reserves.
He was predeceased by his parents and an infant sister.
He is survived by one daughter, Roxanne (Roger) Friend of Almond and two sons, Rory (Jean) Frazee of Texas and Rene (Dawn) Frazee of Florida, 4 grandchildren, Jessica Frazee, Jennifer Frazee, Chase Friend and Miranda Hawryschuk, one great grandson, Aleksander Hawryschuk.
Honoring Randalls wishes, there will be no calling hours or services. Private burial will be in Pennsylvania at the convenience of the family.
