Albert Keylan Scott Holmes, 26, of Orma, West Virginia, passed away unexpectedly Thursday (October 6, 2011) in West Virginia..
Born in Rochester, May 13, 1985, he was the son of Albert Scott Holmes and Susan Woodworth Holmes.
He was predeceased by his father, and maternal grandparents, Jack and Yvonne Woodworth, paternal grandmother Dawn Carver Holmes.
He is survived by his mother, Susan Holmes of West Virginia, 2 sisters, Elizabeth Clink of California and Tara Long of Ohio, and grandfather Albert Berry Holmes of Fla.
